The Chateau Spa & Wellness Resort
This two-day workshop will introduce leaders to how AWS is constantly innovating the customer experience with agility and at scale with their finely tuned strategies and industry-leading technologies. The event will kick off with a session of use cases, technical examples, and success stories for leaders to take back to their organisations.
After lunch and a fireside chat, leaders will look through the customer’s lens and dive deep into their needs, working backwards to find distinct and effective ways to heighten customer satisfaction. Then, guests will be treated to a Japanese Village Tour and Tea Ceremony, followed by dinner to wrap up day one.
The second day will have leaders learning how to maintain agility amidst innovation, tackling challenges regarding budgeting and experimentation in CX. Lastly, attendees will take part in a relaxing meditation session before enjoying lunch and heading back to the city.
This is an invite-only experience to help select AWS customers speed up and scale their customer experience initiatives, as well as drive customer acquisition, satisfaction, and loyalty by leveraging Amazon’s unique and differentiated innovation mechanism.

Richard Taylor
Head of Innovation Programs, APJ | Amazon Web Services
Richard currently leads the Innovation Programs team for AWS across APJ based out of Singapore. As organisations seek creative ways to delight their customers and find new paths to growth, Richard works closely with the these businesses leadership teams, exploring Amazons approach to innovation.
His role sees him shaping new products, services and experiences for the regions largest organisations, taking a customer-centric, future back approach to innovation and enabling leaders to innovate like Amazon.
Prior to joining AWS Richard worked for EY across Oceania based out of Sydney. He has 20 years of experience working across multiple sectors across Europe, Australasia and APAC.

Reuben is a Digital Innovation leader at Amazon Web Services (AWS) – coaching enterprise executives and leaders in building and scaling a culture of innovation centred on customers
In his role, Reuben works to guide enterprises operationalizing a customer-centric culture, and the use of Amazon’s innovation mechanisms to shape products, services and experiences that delight customers. He works closely with business leaders and their teams to enable them to innovate like Amazon by taking a customer-centric approach to innovation and solution ideation.
He has over 25 years of experience across Asia-Pacific, Japan, and China with enterprise, SMB, start-up, and digital native businesses across multiple sectors.
