What does a typical day at The Ortus Club look like?
The environment here is truly exceptional—productive yet enjoyable. Work gets done efficiently, and the teams collaborate seamlessly, fostering a strong sense of camaraderie. We not only work hard but also have fun together, sharing ideas, brainstorming solutions, and openly discussing what needs to be accomplished. This blend of professionalism and teamwork makes it a place where everyone contributes to shared goals and feels motivated to achieve great results.
What’s the most challenging part of your role, and how do you overcome this challenge?
The most challenging part of my role is getting people into the room and engaging them in fruitful discussions. To overcome this, I constantly experiment with new tactics and refine my methods daily, ensuring that our conversations are productive and everyone feels encouraged to participate.
What is one of the most memorable events that comes to mind?
My most memorable event was with NTT Data in New York. From start to finish, everything went smoothly, and our co-hosts were some of the most incredible people I’ve had the pleasure to work with.
The event exceeded all expectations, bringing together influential minds and fostering impactful discussions. The success was so significant that NTT Data decided to renew their contract with us, a testament to the strong relationships and value we were able to create. It was a proud moment that highlighted the power of collaboration and the importance of delivering excellence.
What makes your role special? What difference does your role make in the marketing world?
My role is unique in that I get to interact with new people daily, many of whom have knowledge and experience that far exceed mine. What sets it apart is the opportunity I provide for executives to connect with other leaders in the same industry. Through these interactions, they can exchange ideas, share their challenges, and build valuable relationships—all while enjoying a meaningful and engaging experience.

What is your Ortus superpower?
I’m not sure if I’d call it a superpower, but my deep knowledge of this company feels like one. I understand almost every in and out of our processes—how things are done, where to find the right resources, and how to accomplish things. This comprehensive understanding allows me to navigate and contribute effectively in nearly any situation.
What do you think the future holds for The Ortus Club? What role will you play towards it?
I strongly believe that this company has the potential to grow far beyond its current stage. As we continue to gain recognition in the global market, more people are becoming aware of our work. We’ve even had individuals proactively reach out to join our Roundtables and collaborate with us.
My role remains the same as it has been from the beginning: to help this company achieve the recognition it deserves by doing my work diligently and ensuring that people know we provide a safe space for leaders in the field to share their ideas and challenges.
