APAC, February to November 2025 — In partnership with AWS, The Ortus Club hosted a series of roundtables and masterclasses across the Asia-Pacific region, engaging senior executives in discussions on the future of digital transformation. The events explored how cloud computing, artificial intelligence (AI) and machine learning (ML), and emerging technologies like the metaverse are reshaping business operations, driving innovation, and enabling smarter, data-led decision-making.

THE BRIEF

Connecting Business Leaders Through Innovation and Insight

AWS partnered with The Ortus Club to strengthen its engagement with senior business and technology executives across the Asia-Pacific region. The objective was to open meaningful conversations about the real-world applications of cloud, AI/ML, and metaverse technologies in supporting growth and continuous innovation.

To achieve this, The Ortus Club designed and delivered a series of exclusive, insight-led events that encouraged open dialogue rather than promotion. By combining AWS’s expertise in enterprise technology, with The Ortus Club’s proven approach to connecting decision-makers, the series created a space for executives to exchange perspectives, share best practices, and explore new opportunities in digital transformation.

THE SETTING

A Regional Series of Executive Discussions

Between February and November 2022, AWS and The Ortus Club hosted 16 knowledge-sharing events across the Asia-Pacific region, combining both in-person and virtual formats. Venues included Shangri-La The Fort and Blackbird in Manila, as well as QT in Sydney. Each space was chosen to create a comfortable and professional setting for open discussion among senior leaders.

Every event was designed to encourage connection and collaboration. Guests were welcomed into an atmosphere that balanced thoughtful conversation with warm hospitality, creating the ideal environment for sharing ideas and building relationships across industries.

The series brought together over 200 senior executives, including CEOs, CTOs, CIOs, CISOs, and Heads of Digital Transformation, Data, and CX. THE RESULTS

Strengthening AWS’s Leadership Across APAC

The series reached over 200 senior executives through 16 roundtables and masterclasses held across the Asia-Pacific region. It achieved an attendance rate of 81.8%, including 74.4% for in-person sessions and 86.3% for virtual events.

The Ortus Club’s targeted approach helped AWS connect with the right decision-makers and generate more than 50 follow-up opportunities for collaboration. Many participants requested further discussions with AWS to explore long-term cloud strategies for their organisations.

This successful partnership reinforced AWS’s position as a trusted leader in enterprise technology and demonstrated how collaboration, knowledge-sharing, and human connection can drive meaningful engagement across the region.
