Your event is finally over, the clean-up is done, but the marketing opportunities are just getting started. Most organisations treat feedback as an internal score to be kept. We wanted to change that, so this year at The Ortus Club, we embarked on a project to highlight all of the glowing event reviews we’ve received from various participants at our events.
We wanted to make something for our teams to have and constantly see the positive effect our work has been having on so many executives across the globe. It needed to be something that they could use in their day-to-day, and have the positive reviews be the first thing they see.
So, we decided to print our event reviews onto cute little notebooks in our brand’s colours. These notebooks would be tangible representations of the fruits of our labour, and constant reminders of what we’re striving to provide to our valued guests.
Positive reviews are not just a quantitative metric for how well your company performs, but a valuable resource in building a brand and showing your people involved how important their work truly is. This guide will explore how to strategically use event reviews as part of your post-event efforts to build your organisation’s reputation in B2B events and build up team morale.
