As Chief Financial Officer, Sonia Webb is responsible for Avanade’s global investment strategy and management, as well as its financial operations, including accounting, budgeting, tax, internal audit, financial planning, and treasury.
Sonia joined Avanade in July 2019 as Global Finance Lead bringing 25+ years of experience, including 22 years with Accenture. At Accenture, she most recently had served as Finance Director, North America, where she drove strategic financial priorities across the company’s largest market. Previously she was Finance Director for Accenture’s Communications, Media & Technology business in North America and earlier, a member of the Corporate Development Transaction Services team, where she provided critical financial deal shaping guidance across a variety of industries and offerings.

Aneel Delawalla leads Accenture’s Enterprize Value Targeting group, which uses proprietary functional/industry benchmarks and digital value methodologies to find and size new sources of value. In that capacity, Aneel works with management teams and the boards of directors of publicly traded and privately held companies to create enterprize value at the intersection of growth strategies, operating model transformation, and the employee experience. Aneel also co-chairs the Accenture CFO of the Future Summit in partnership with Harvard University.

Jesse leads digital transformation efforts for Microsoft’s Finance Data & Experiences team, which is responsible for all reporting, BI, rhythms, and data infrastructure across Microsoft’s global 3700-person finance organization. In 14 years with Microsoft Jesse has had a front-row seat to Microsoft’s digital transformation and has led teams in both FP&A and BI roles, with expertise in business partnering, BI and analytics, machine learning, budget/process simplification and centralization, and developing a modern, integrated data platform.

Rick is by most standards a non-traditional sales executive who studied engineering and economics. Given his unique background, Rick discovered early on in his career the tremendous value found at the intersection of financial analysis and business heuristics, while utilizing cutting-edge technologies. As a prior financial strategist for the Microsoft Global Foundation Services team (now called Microsoft Cloud Infrastructure & Operations), Rick helped develop world-class, carbon-neutral global datacenters powering Microsoft’s Cloud services.
