Adapting Your Workforce to the Digital Era
Now more than ever, finding the right workforce with the relevant skill sets to thrive in the digital era is fundamental. Unfortunately, however, business leaders in the manufacturing sector feel their teams do not have the knowledge needed to outperform in today’s tech-heavy and complex manufacturing environment.

- How are manufacturers currently hiring, retaining, training and upskilling their workforce?
- What are the best ways of identifying and attracting top talent?
- How can companies establish a culture of innovation, creativity and learning?
- How can decision-makers manage the challenges of an ageing manufacturing workforce?
