Peter Doolan

Peter Doolan is the Chief Customer Officer of Slack. For over 30 years,Peter has helped businesses harness the power of enterprise software to improve processes, boost productivity, and accelerate growth. He is passionate about building deep and long-lasting relationships with customers to help them transform how they work using Slack.

Peter has been a customer success leader at Salesforce for over a decade. Most recently he served as the EVP of Solution Engineering & Industry Strategy, where he led a diverse group of innovators, engineers, and business development leaders who support customers across North America with their most demanding business transformation efforts. Before joining Salesforce, Peter spent 20 years at Oracle leading customer support, solution engineering, and consulting teams in both North America and Europe. He lives in Virginia with his wife.

Ramesh Gopal Krishna

Regional Vice President, Salesforce

At Slack, Ramesh and his team work closely with organizations across Asia to help them get ready for this future. Ramesh has over 25 years of experience in tech and is passionate about the role technology can play in driving market disruption.

Prior to Salesforce, Ramesh spent 5 years at Meta and 14 years at Microsoft in a variety of business, marketing and tech leadership roles. A native of Mumbai, Ramesh is an MBA from the Jamnalal Bajaj Institute of Management Studies (JBIMS) and a Bachelor in Electrical Engineering from the Victoria Jublilee Technical Institute (VJTI).

In his spare time Ramesh loves being with his family, investing in and mentoring startups building disruptive technologies and hitting the gym.

Revathi Venkatraman

Head of APAC Success – Tableau & Slack, Salesforce

Revathi Venkatraman is the Head of Customer Success for the APAC region at Slack, based out of Sydney. Extensive experience in successfully leading customer success, enterprise support, presales and professional services practices.

Prior to Slack, she has held leadership positions at Pluralsight, Citrix and Oracle and in all these positions she developed a go to market strategy to support the sales organization for YoY Revenue growth. She is passionate about the future of work, creating business impact and high value for customers.

Revathi leads and contributes to Customer Success , Diversity, Earthtones and Women’s ERG forums. Recently Revathi was added to Engati’s 222 Top Influencers list for 2022.
