The past two years have seen drastic changes in customer needs and behaviours, resulting in the transformation of business goals and key investments. Leaders increasingly recognise the importance of agility and collaboration on their path to success, and innovation, particularly with customer insights, has become paramount in anticipation of a post-cookie world.

Studies have shown that Asia’s ability to obtain customer insights is well behind the ANZ region and India, with only 18% of surveyed leaders, on average, admitting to having reliable data. Across the region, companies are exploring ways to improve access to this key resource across new customer journeys, friction points, loyalty, and purchase drivers.
