The year 2020 has marked the beginning of a new era in the world of business. In the midst of a global health crisis, organisations are brainstorming new approaches to manage things in a new way in today’s marketplace.
By leveraging anonymous, aggregate data across the community, decision-makers are finding answers to those questions relative to cost control, increased visibility, and digitalisation. This effort, known as Community Intelligence, has shone a light on those areas CPOs need to prioritise such as the digitalisation of procurement processes, mitigation of supplier risk and getting a seat at the executive decision-making table.
