What should EX look like in 2022?

Registration is no longer possible.

Senior executives in SEA are invited to join this virtual roundtable on ‘What EX should look like in 2022’. It is a great opportunity to learn more about familiar tools that get people talking and working together.

The session will explore how to define community and its importance and benefits in the workplace, as well as how to better connect people within an organisation. In addition to available technology that can help simplify work, participants will examine steps to building a more inclusive company culture.

An expert moderator will guide the knowledge-sharing event, stimulating discussion between attendees in a closed, confidential environment. Attendance is by invitation only and complimentary. Registration is limited to a certain number of guests per event.

What should EX look like in 2022?

Every leader strives to improve employee experience (EX), and it has not been easy to do so in the last 18 months. Connection, retention, and the ability to work smarter are more critical than ever to enabling frontline, remote, and hybrid workforces.

Building an inclusive EX strategy is the need of the hour. All types of staff, from field workers to the head office, must be taken into account if companies are to successfully adapt their workplace for the future.

  • How have metrics for employee experience changed in the past 18 months?
  • What are the opportunities and challenges? What technologies are helping leaders untangle or simplify ways of working?
  • How can organisations nurture a sense of belonging amongst employees in a world of frontline, remote, and hybrid workforces? What role does community play in driving engagement?
