Digital transformation drives the need for full-stack observability
A recent study found that firms average five major software malfunctions a month, and 30% of the time, teams learn of service interruptions from their own customers. In addition, only 8% are building for resilience with cloud-native applications, and only 2% are engaged in chaos engineering to prepare for traffic peaks. This paints a worrying picture of the IT environment and its current contingencies.
