How CIOs can keep ahead in 2021

Technology has taken centre stage as businesses across the world scramble to operate during a global pandemic. One year on, CIOs continue to face an unprecedented demand to evaluate and implement new technologies in high pressure working environments while meeting increasingly short deadlines.

As the world focuses on recovery, the investments made during the pandemic are helping businesses lay the groundwork for a year of rapid technology adoption. From the rise in AI/ML models to enterprise system automation to next-generation analytics and insights, digital transformation has not yet reached its peak in 2021.

  • What technological challenges have businesses faced since the onset of the global pandemic?
  • How can organisations use technology to empower innovation and growth in 2021?
  • What core technology updates are organisations foreseeing for the future that ensure the agility needed to move forward?
