New world of work: Minimising the work execution gap

The only constant is change, particularly in today’s work environment, and disruption has become the norm. The work execution gap continues to grow, meaning technology is struggling to provide for the needs and wants of organisations and their employees. Processes that could be automated instead tie companies to resources that could go to more productive and profitable initiatives.

As the pandemic recedes, companies now face a very different environment. Changing employee expectations, the rise of hybrid work arrangements, and the necessity of a digital workforce need not only be dealt with but seen as opportunities. These, in addition to the need for greater automation and remote management across the organisation, place business and IT executives at a pivotal moment in maintaining status quo or moving forward to a new era.

  • What challenges do companies face in moving repetitive, resource-intensive tasks from the human workforce to automated processes?
  • How can organisations effectively empower employees and boost productivity and efficiency?
  • What can companies do to construct and maintain a long-term human-technology collaborative alliance?

Join leaders interested in discussing how to intelligently distribute workloads and processes between the human workforce and automation as well as efforts in overcoming the growing work execution gap.

Job titles may include CTO, COO, CIO, CFO, and Head, VP, and Director of Digital Transformation, Information Systems, IT Innovation, Business Optimization, Automation, Process Excellence, Supply Chain and Logistics, CX, Maintenance, and Facility Management.
