Virtual Roundtable

Thursday, November 26th, 10:30 UK Time

An exclusive online discussion for executives in the Banking, Financial Services & Insurance industry.

THE TOPIC

From Open Banking to Open Everything

The open banking movement is already seen as the key to how financial institutions will operate in the future. This approach is designed to put the customer in the driver’s seat and level the playing field by providing them with more choices and making their lives easier through technology.

Data and APIs play a strategic role in the delivery of both open banking, open insurance, and open finance, enabling the access and interface to third-party providers. By defining interactions between multiple software intermediaries, Application Programming Interfaces (APIs) can also provide extension mechanisms for users to extend existing functionality in several operational areas.

  • How do financial services organisations take advantage of the expanding ecosystem by securely externalising their APIs?
  • How can the migration to an enriched data in ISO 20022 format improve customer experience?
  • How should financial institutions build an effective API strategy for the long term?
