An expert moderator will guide the knowledge-sharing event, stimulating discussion between attendees in a closed, confidential environment. Attendance is by invitation only and complimentary. Registration is limited to a certain number of guests per event.

Rethinking public services: how to keep citizens and employees happy

Citizen expectations are changing. Increasingly, they believe community involvement is essential to improving the livability of their cities. Citizens also say that digital communication has a role to play and would improve emergency and non-emergency services and effectiveness.

Engaging through digital and social creates an opportunity to more efficiently exchange information, interact with, and respond to citizens, and further build transparency and trust. Online, mobile, and social media can also increase citizen involvement in reporting and partnering to reduce crime, improve livability, and strengthen community support. The question is whether leaders are maximizing the potential of these tools.

  • How are organizations informing citizens of new digital channels for communication?
  • How should ROI be measured in opening new communication channels to customers?
  • What are the roles of AI and conversational intelligence (virtual agents) in changing how organizations engage with customers?
