Maximizing the Power of Global Teams

Registration is no longer possible

Technology and HR leaders in North America and Canada are invited to join this virtual roundtable on ‘Maximizing the power of global teams’.

An expert moderator will guide the knowledge-sharing event, stimulating discussion between participants in a closed, confidential environment. Attendance is by invitation only and complimentary. Registration is limited to a select number of guests per event.

Maximizing the power of global teams

While the US labor market has 11.3 million jobs available in 2022 with no takers, there is a shortfall of 10,000 people in cybersecurity alone in the UK in a year. In April 2022, Boris Johnson underscored that “Indian tech talent could plug the labor shortage in the UK.” EMEA and SEA will also see similar challenges and opportunities.

Considering this, the power of building a global team has never been stronger. Companies can no longer ignore the benefits of access to an unrestricted pool of talent, increased productivity, reduced employee attrition, lower operational costs, and improved global scalability and expansion.

  • What is temporary and transformative in the post-pandemic talent market?
  • How are technology and HR leaders building resilient, scalable, and future-proof enterprises?
  • What role do global teams (or global capability centers) play in making organizational ecosystems more innovative and collaborative?
