Lunch Discussion

We are bringing together leaders from the insurance community for a lunchtime discussion on “The changing landscape of insurance and insurance claims”.

This is a great chance to learn about leveraging data, automation, and APIs to deliver an exceptional digital claims journey, all while enjoying the company of peers and great food.

The session will explore the need to reduce costs and integrate claims, underwriting, finance, and actuarial to support claims transformation. Participants will also examine the role of data and analytics in adapting the process.

An expert moderator will guide the knowledge-sharing event, stimulating discussion between attendees in a closed, confidential environment. Attendance is by invitation only and complimentary. Registration is limited to a certain number of guests per event.

The changing landscape of insurance claims, visions for 2030

How has the claims process changed and what lies ahead? While there was already a push to transform the claims process, COVID-19 and the economic fallout has both shifted customer behavior and expectations, as well as accelerated the digital agenda. Claims costs, more than ever, have been driven by individual claimant circumstances and locale. As such, it is now more important and easier than ever to accelerate claims transformation initiatives. And as claims processes transform, it is absolutely critical that a well-established feedback loop between claims, underwriting, finance, and actuarial, supported by data and analytics, be established.

We are bringing together leaders from the insurance community to discuss these changes over a buffet and drinks. We will be discussing:

  • The coming evolution of claims and the opportunities and challenges created by technology
  • The changing role of the claims manager and how companies are adapting to these changes
  • The changing customer expectations and what this means for the modern insurer
