The Current and Future Utilisation of Data 

Due to the novel coronavirus, consumers’ lifestyles have changed, and there is an increasing need for digital transformation (DX). Movement restrictions have been issued, and now property viewings, detailed explanations of key points, and the main contracts are conducted online. Moreover, consumers are now primarily using computers and smartphones to search for properties on the internet. If they find a property they like, they contact the responsible real estate company. This trend is likely to remain unchanged even post-COVID. 

In such times, for companies to succeed, it is indispensable to utilise big data, AI, and machine learning (ML) from a strategic standpoint. These tools help foster customer loyalty, automate business processes, and innovate future ideas. However, the demand for data is ever-increasing, and many data-related issues remain unresolved. For instance, amidst the vast data, there are numerous duplicated data, inconsistencies in data notation, or data silos. To gain accurate insights from this data, cleansing and standardisation of the data are crucial processes.
