The Effects of Agile and Collaborative Working on Corporate Real Estate Strategy
Last year, the banking giant HSBC rented 300 seats from the co-working office provider, WeWork in Hong Kong. The company is typically associated to startups and creative companies but not necessarily large blue chip banking multinationals. This is the first of a series of events that has seen other large corporations lease to a more modern work environment in an effort to cut costs and create creative spaces. We will be discussing this and other topics such as:
- What challenges and opportunities does agile working create for businesses?
- What will the office of the future look like?
- What tools are evolving to help corporations become more agile?
