COVID-19 spurred virtually every person, institution, and country on the planet to adapt to a new reality. However, despite uneven global recovery, the seeds of consumer confidence, particularly in the Singapore market, are beginning to grow again.

A recent survey shows 85% of online shoppers said their spending would stay the same or increase. In addition, despite the pandemic, the Singapore economy grew by 7.2% in 2021, rebounding from the recession the previous year. These findings suggest that new opportunities are everywhere, and companies are restrategising with the help of innovative technologies.
