This will be followed by a reimagining of culture and employee experience. Participants will tackle how to secure the new world of work toward the better management and evolution of workplace services.

An expert moderator will guide the knowledge-sharing event, stimulating discussion between attendees in a closed, confidential environment. Attendance is by invitation only and complimentary, and registration is limited to a certain number of guests per event.

This event is part of a special “Café Series,” which delivers an engaging discussion on hard-hitting topics and provides a complimentary metal coffee tumbler, artisan coffee, and virtual entertainment.

THE TOPIC

The new world of work: from remote to hybrid

The world is at an inflection point in the history of work. COVID-19 has normalized remote workforces and raised fundamental questions about historical approaches to working. As a result, employees have been exposed to a more flexible work environment and their expectations have evolved.

A recent Gartner survey shows that 60% of all employees prefer a hybrid work model. This number increases to 68% for employees who have been fully remote during the pandemic. Because of this, businesses are facing a significant shift in the way they think about work, hiring, and culture as business models change.

  • What measures are employers taking to integrate a new hybrid or remote model?
  • How will new expectations of the modern workforce affect hiring and retention?
  • What role will an employee-first culture play in driving employee retention?

Job titles include COO, CFO, CHRO, CIO, Digital Transformation Heads, VP of HR, Heads of Ops, Heads of Consulting, and other decision-makers in North America.
