Virtual Roundtable with Premium Brunch Box
The three economies model: unlocking the potential of tech investments
The pace of innovation today, combined with the current business climate, requires organisations to rapidly adapt, experiment, and pivot to maintain a competitive advantage through what some experts call ‘the three economies model’. However, for many large enterprises, this is not a reality.
Resistance to change is inevitable, often more than change itself. Transformation can never be accomplished unilaterally, and differences in the pace and clarity of changes result in friction as organisations realign around new technologies and ways of working. Andrew Clay Shafer, VP of Transformation, co-founder of Puppet, and tech author, understands this better than most.
- How can leaders manage the competing priorities of their development and operations teams?
- What can companies do to unlock the full potential of their technology investments?
- How can organisations drive lasting and impactful cultural change?
