The transformation of government and public services

During emergencies, government services become critical to citizen safety. During good times, they need to be available to meet changing and increasing citizen demands for agility and efficiency. The pandemic reinforced that access to digital citizen services is not only desirable. It is essential.

To maintain the trust of citizens, the delivery and innovation of government and public services should always be inclusive, responsible, and sustainable. Digital technologies will be most transformative in helping organizations tackle sustainability challenges. On the other hand, cloud enables them to remain resilient and securely renew ways of working and engaging with citizens through continual change.

  • What measures are cities and counties taking to become more agile and efficient?
  • How is a greater need for access to digital citizen services shaping local government?
  • What new capabilities are leaders exploring to continue improving their services?
