The transformation of the retail supply chain

Registration is no longer possible.

Retail leaders in North America are invited to join this virtual roundtable on “The transformation of the retail supply chain”. It is a great opportunity to see how leading organizations leverage technology to reduce the impact of disruption.

The session will explore challenges companies faced in the past few years, from greater demand for online and omnichannel experiences to the shortage of qualified talent to address rapidly changing customer preferences. Participants will also examine available solutions that can help them adapt.

An expert moderator will guide the knowledge-sharing event, stimulating discussion between attendees in a closed, confidential environment. Attendance is by invitation only and complimentary. Registration is limited to a certain number of guests per event.

The transformation of the retail supply chain

Over the past year, consumers were able to satisfy their shopping needs, driving retail sales up in the midst of an ongoing global health crisis. However, supply chains did not benefit from the resurgence in demand, leading to product shortages and excessive lead times. Despite facing a tight labor market and lack of capacity, retailers hope to keep pace with smarter, faster, and more efficient operations.

Supply chain operators are exploring new ways to not just respond but recover quickly against disruption. Unwilling to be caught unprepared again, they look to the potential of new tools to pave the way forward.

  • How are organizations adapting to the current state of the retail supply chain?
  • What technologies are proving effective at enabling success?
  • How can retailers ensure resiliency against the next major disruption?
