What makes you the best at what you do? What values drive you to perform even better?

I’m not the best at what I do, as I know there’s a long way to improve, but I think I’m closer to being great than I am at being good compared to when I first started at Ortus.

My persistence and adaptability allow me to perform at my best. I’m constantly pushing for more, whether financial, responsibility-wise, or even just to prove to myself that I can and will do better. The team itself is a big motivator for me, knowing that I not only have people I can trust both in and out of Sales but also people wanting me to push for more results, clients, and projects.


What challenges have you proudly overcome in such a fast-paced working environment?

I’m sure I may have more significant challenges in the future. But, for now, the biggest challenge I’ve faced is adapting my communication style depending on the person I’m talking to, considering their method of interpretation and emotions. Managing my workload is also challenging. While I may not have perfected it, I’m keen to further develop the ability to work within my team and allow them to work as they see fit.

What knowledge can you share with the charisma and confidence of a lifelong expert?

Even when you think you know it all, there’s always someone who knows something you don’t. That’s the beauty of working with so many people of different backgrounds, ages and cultures.

Why do you stay with the company? What would you tell someone interested in joining?

I’m confidently able to say that one of the main reasons I stay with The Ortus Club is because of the people, experience, life, and youth we have here are unmatched compared to what I’ve seen in the past. Knowing that I have the freedom to openly discuss ideas, perceptions, and desires with people who have my best interests at heart is a huge benefit.

If someone is interested in joining, I’ll try to get them to understand that being a part of The Ortus Club is more than a life-changing opportunity. It’s also a chance to experience how a company works, how to contribute as an individual, and how to thrive in a work environment.

What do you think the future holds for The Ortus Club? What role will you play towards it?

With the right people, this company can reach a level no one has even thought of yet. We’re constantly improving our processes, teams, and leadership, so I’m confident the future looks bright for us. Only time will tell what role I’ll play within it.
