What makes you the best at what you do? What values drive you to perform even better?
Staying organized is an important aspect of my daily routine. I make sure to plan out everything that I need to do, from priorities to more minor details. This way, I don’t leave anything out and can stay on top of my tasks.
What challenges have you proudly overcome in such a fast-paced working environment?
It’s not knowing when to stop. I try to go the extra mile, taking on as much responsibility as I can. I clock-in a bit of overtime work occasionally to work on my events and do everything that I could. However, I also recognize the importance of learning how to set limitations and taking breaks. I realize that it’s essential to learn how to breathe and take a break in order to be able to perform at my best.
What knowledge can you share with the charisma and confidence of a lifelong expert?
My motto is to learn something new every single day. It doesn’t matter if it’s mundane or simple; I always take the time to learn from anyone that I meet. This way, I can improve my skills and gain new knowledge. I believe that this helps me in the long run, and it can really help my colleagues and our clients, too.

Why do you stay with the company? What would you tell someone interested in joining?
I continue to work with The Ortus Club because management is something that I have a strong interest in, and I see it as an area where I can develop my skills further. The company has provided me with ample opportunities to learn and grow, and I have been able to gain a lot of knowledge through my time here. Additionally, the team members are all very supportive and willing to assist.

I hope to continue contributing to the success of The Ortus Club and my colleagues as we thrive in such a fast-paced B2B environment. I look forward to all the opportunities for expansion and growth this industry can offer, and we are constantly looking for ways to improve and update our processes and systems.
One of our goals is to set a high standard for how we interact with our guests, making sure that our approach is personal and tailored to their needs. I am excited to see The Ortus Club develop even more ways to personalize our interactions and create an immersive experience. As the guest director, my role often evolves, but my main focus is always on understanding our guests as individuals and building strong relationships with them, rather than just seeing them as a means to profit.
