Responsibilities

  • Responsible for coordinating and executing all logistical and guesting-related aspects of assigned events, ensuring that they are completed within the provided timeline and lead to project success
  • Create leads lists based on project briefs and gather a wide range of data, such as names, email addresses, phone numbers, and job titles from target accounts utilizing various resources, including our internal database, LinkedIn, Google, and other relevant sources
  • Curate and personalize email invitations to be sent to potential guests based on the project briefing, taking into consideration target audience, and incorporating relevant details and information to make the invitation more appealing and engaging.
  • Make calls (including cold calls) to invite potential guests using professional and senior language
  • Source, build, and nurture relationships with potential moderators, key speakers, and industry experts to ensure the quality and relevance of our sessions
  • Collaborate with other departments to continuously improve our events and create a positive and impactful guest and client experience
  • Maintain accurate records and data, and ensuring the timely completion of administrative tasks related to your project
  • Developing a networking strategy aimed at arranging face-to-face meetings with global decision-makers, such as chairmen, CEOs, COOs, and other high-level executives; identifying key individuals and establishing connections with them to create opportunities for meetings and discussions
  • Provide post-event feedback and analysis to clients and internal teams to identify areas for improvement and to ensure that future events are even more successful

 

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree from a leading university
  • Fluency in English (bonus for fluency in French, Italian, Spanish or German)
  • Excellent presentation and communication skills
  • Fast-learner and keen attention to detail
  • Capacity to adapt to different environments and out-of-the-box situations
  • Impeccable work ethics and high level of energy
  • Excellent organizational and time-management skills, with the ability to multitask and prioritize effectively

Responsibilities

  • Liaise with partners and suppliers during the event planning process to ensure everything is in order
  • Identify the requirements and expectations for each event
  • Manage event set-up and maintain event budgets
  • Book venues, photographers, add-ons, technical equipment and anything else necessary to the client
  • Plan multiple events at once and anticipate different scenarios
  • Solve problems that may arise before/during events
  • Evaluate events through guest feedback and make appropriate changes
  • Assist project coordinators and client directors with any marketing/event queries
  • Communication with marketing team to create effective promotional material for each event, and when necessary craft marketing collaterals for individual events
  • Maintain a positive relationship with current partners and suppliers
  • Represent The Ortus Club at events and fulfill the role of event organizer and/or master of ceremonies if needed
  • Be available to travel to cities mainly in Europe or North America

 

Qualifications

  • Confident and calm problem solver
  • Works well under pressure and ensures high-quality work on strict deadlines
  • Has strong attention to detail and strong commercial and financial flair
  • Has great level of English and excellent presentation skills, especially over the phone
  • Demonstrates incredible work ethic and a high level of energy
  • Experience in events coordination or similar role
  • Must be proficient with Excel/Google Sheets

Responsibilities:

  • Plan and execute SEO campaigns: backend set up, on-site optimisation, off-site optimisation, and measuring impact and effectiveness
  • Provide technical SEO support and oversee crawling, indexing, XML sitemap generation and implementation, schema markup, etc.
  • Manage link-building campaigns
  • Use web analytics data from several sources (Google Analytics, Semrush) to evaluate traffic-building initiatives’ effectiveness and provide recommendations for improvements in content, user experience, and conversion
  • Perform keyword research and competitive analysis to optimise existing content and uncover new opportunities
  • Work with editorial and marketing teams to drive SEO in content creation and content marketing
  • Report on current performance and make weekly tactical recommendations for optimisation 
  • Keep up-to-date on SEO news and updates, Google’s algorithm updates, and various SEO strategies and recommendations to test and implement

Qualifications:

  • Ability to create and implement a comprehensive SEO strategy that aligns with business goals
  • Strong hands-on experience with organic search platforms such Google Analytics, Google Search Console, WordPress, Semrush, and other SEO platforms are highly desirable
  • Working knowledge of search engine optimisation algorithms, best practices, or have a good understanding of the basics
  • Able to create relevant, engaging, and effective content and/or editing for websites, services, and programs pages, meta page descriptions, blog articles, etc.
  • At least 1 year experience in SEO or the digital marketing industry
  • Ability to analyse data, interpret results and make data-driven decisions
  • Impeccable proofreading skills, a great eye for detail, and a high bar for quality
  • Exceptional time management skills 
  • Full professional proficiency in English

  • Manage online communities to ensure professional and appropriate engagement
  • Curate and edit high-quality photos for all our executive roundtables
  • Use social media marketing tools such as Canva, AI software, and Google Tools

Qualifications

  • Strong understanding of social media platforms (e.g. LinkedIn, Facebook, Instagram, Twitter) and their features
  • Familiarity with marketing principles and trends
  • Familiarity with AI to support day-to-day marketing tasks
  • Portfolio of multimedia/social media content
  • Familiarity with basic photo and video editing principles
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Creative thinking and an ability to generate fresh content ideas
  • Self-motivated, detail-oriented, and able to work independently
