Responsibilities

  • Communicate with existing clients to understand their needs and explain service value
  • Maintain a revenue base by managing account retention and renewal
  • Ensure customer satisfaction, account renewal, and account growth
  • Build relationships with assigned customers, help them with issues, and continually delight them with a positive, customer-centric attitude.
  • Operate as the point of contact for assigned clients
  • Schedule and attend regular meetings with assigned clients to update them on their respective projects
  • Make sure clients receive requested services within the set deadlines
  • Resolve client complaints and prevent miscommunication by aligning all stakeholders expectations
  • Collaborate with internal departments to facilitate client management and ensure a consistent service
  • Maintain updated knowledge of the company’s services

 

Qualifications

  • Must be a native English speaker with impeccable grammar and excellent presentation skills
  • Must have a bachelor degree from a leading university (MBA or master preferred) with outstanding academic achievement
  • Must live in or be able to relocate to Rome, Italy
  • Must have 2 years work experience in a consulting or sales setting

Responsibilities:

  • Supervise assigned events and ensure guesting is on track
  • Make lists of target accounts based on project brief
  • Extensive collection of data including names, emails, phone numbers and job titles of target accounts using several resources including internal database, LinkedIn, Google etc.
  • Send email invitations to potential guests based on project briefing
  • Make calls (including cold calls) to invite potential guests using a professional and senior language
  • Build up prospect lists and identifying and approaching key opinion leaders to moderate events
  • Developing a networking strategy to arrange face-to-face meetings with global decision-makers (chairmen, CEOs, COOs etc.)
  • Work in a team to share knowledge, experience and any useful information on the project’s success

 

Qualifications: 

  • Bachelor’s degree from a leading university
  • Fluency in English (preferred additional fluency in French, Italian, Spanish or German)
  • Excellent presentation and communication skills
  • Fast-learner and keen attention to detail
  • Capacity to adapt to different environments and out-of-the-box situations
  • Impeccable work ethics and high level of energy
  • Outstanding time management and organisation skills

Responsibilities:

  • Handle all venue bookings, supervise all in-person event operations, and ensure that the selected option always complies with The Ortus Club’s event standards
    Strive to constantly find new ways to improve our venue selection and management process
    Research, identify and negotiate spending with ideal venues to conduct in-person events globally
    Deliver expected client/guest experience as detailed by event brief on strict deadlines
    Coordinate all event logistics for all events in the company calendar
    Estimate costs and submit budget statistics for finance approval and tracking
    Verify receipts/invoices of all materials that must arrive for the event including gifts, printed materials, AV equipment, order forms, and other supplies necessary for the events
    Develop and maintain strategic relationships with suppliers and other key stakeholders
    Negotiate with event spaces to achieve the best deal possible
    Travel to different locations to act as MoC and assist in event coordination

 

Qualifications: 

  • Bachelor’s degree from a leading university
  • Fluency in English and impeccable grammar
  • Experience in WordPress preferred
  • Good eye for graphic design and aesthetics
  • Attention to detail and strong commercial flair
  • Impeccable work ethics and high level of energy

Responsibilities:

  • Run global sales campaigns (e.g. researching new leads, setting up meetings with new and existing clients etc)
  • Take meeting minutes and draft proposals according to the Head of Sales’s instructions
  • Perform necessary administrative work including data entry tasks, sales documents, presentations, etc.
  • Provide any necessary data or reports to sales and management teams
  • Maintain a professional relationship with all stakeholders
  • Appointment setting with qualified leads

 

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree from a leading university
  • Fluency in English and impeccable grammar
  • Experience in sales-driven roles
  • Excellent presentation and communication skills
  • Attention to detail and strong commercial flair
  • Impeccable work ethics and high level of energy

Responsibilities: 

  • Create digital live mind maps and illustrations for our clients and knowledge-sharing events
  • Enhance our brand illustration style and actively look for ways to extend our storytelling reach
  • Ensure that all illustration concepts capture key messages of each project
  • Support marketing team with audience engagement-focused initiatives

 

Qualifications:

  • Have business-related experience and/or education
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Great artistic/creative skills and notion of visual storytelling
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask
  • Proven digital illustrator experience (strong portfolio with varied range of styles/projects)
  • Experience working under pressure and exceptional time management skills
  • Good working knowledge of Airplay/ManyCam or any Tablet-to-Screen software is a bonus

Responsibilities:

  • Run social media advertising campaigns (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, etc.)
  • Formulate high-quality written and visual content for campaigns
  • Develop copy on a wide variety of topics for multiple platforms (such as the website, blogs, articles, and social media)
  • Manage online communities to ensure professional and appropriate engagement
  • Analyse data to determine campaign success

 

Qualifications:

  • 3-5 years social media marketing experience
  • 2+ years of professional writing experience, especially with digital platforms
  • Fluency in English with impeccable grammar and writing skills
  • Portfolio of published written and visual work
  • Understand graphic design principles
  • Proficient with tools such as Adobe Photoshop and Illustrator
  • Incredible work ethic and enthusiasm

Responsibilities:

Employee Engagement / Experience:

  • Source partners and suppliers for merchandise and other items (drinks, cakes, stationary, gifts, etc.)
  • Keep track of office supplies and company merchandise to gift to employees
  • Collaborate with other departments to conduct virtual/in-person engagement activities (motivational workshops, team building events, trivia nights, birthdays, Christmas and other special occasions, etc)
  • Monitor HR budgets

Administrative:

  • Keep track of attendance including any holidays and other absences for the entire team
  • Ensure company equipment is tracked and accounted for (e.g. waivers and documentation of company equipment)

Recruitment:

  • Post job openings
  • Identify potential candidates to join the team and conduct interview processes
  • Assist in applicant retention

 

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in psychology, business administration, or related field
  • Preferred 1-2 years of work experience in any business-related field (Recruitment, Employee Relations Management, Internal Affairs Coordination)
  • Fluency in English and impeccable grammar
  • Excellent presentation and communication skills
  • Attention to detail and strong commercial flair
  • Impeccable work ethics and high level of energy
