Ali Rayl is the Senior Vice President of Product Management at Slack, responsible for making the working lives of Slack’s millions of users simpler and more productive. Prior to this role, Ali spent eight years as Slack’s Vice President of Customer Experience, where she cultivated a culture of customer “love” and developed a deep understanding of Slack customers’ evolving needs.

As Senior Vice President of Product Management, Ali will help shape the future of Slack’s experiences through her combined knowledge of Slack’s product intricacies and customer needs.

Ali joined Slack during its conception as the director of QA for Tiny Speck, now known as Slack Technologies. Before joining Slack, Ali served as Director of QA for Songbird, an open-source music platform. She received her bachelor’s in humanities from the University of Colorado, Boulder.
