Anya Africa is Head of Operations, Global at The Ortus Club, overseeing resource allocation, process design, business intelligence, and performance analysis across every region the company operates in. She works closely with account management and delivery teams to ensure every event executes at the standard clients expect.

Anya joined Ortus in 2021 and progressed through every operational layer of the business, from Project Coordinator to Assistant Team Lead, Senior Project Director, and Head of Operational Activities, before stepping into global leadership. That ground-up progression gives her a complete understanding of how each part of the operation connects. Before Ortus, she built her foundations in HR and business operations at Growsari, a tech-enabled B2B platform in the Philippines.
