Ciara Manalansan is Head of Client Relations at The Ortus Club, overseeing client partnerships across APAC and beyond, and managing some of the company’s most complex and long-standing accounts across multiple regions simultaneously.

She joined The Ortus Club in 2020 as a Project Coordinator and progressed through operations and team leadership before moving into a fully client-facing role. That operational background sets her apart as a client lead: she understands every layer of how an Ortus event is built, which makes her uniquely effective at representing clients internally, anticipating where challenges arise, and ensuring their vision is carried through from brief to delivery. Her client portfolio spans technology and financial services across Europe, North America, and APAC, and she has built multi-event series relationships with clients who come back to her by name.
