Frances Abenojar is an Account Manager and Team Lead at The Ortus Club, managing a portfolio of global client accounts while leading a team of six. She joined Ortus in 2021 as a fresh graduate with no prior events experience and built her career from the ground up, moving through project coordination and senior guesting roles before stepping into account management and team leadership.

What defines Frances is resilience and a refusal to let complexity become an excuse. She has managed some of the most demanding client programmes in The Ortus Club portfolio, including multi-event series with Tata Communications that layer unique sensory and tasting experiences alongside the executive roundtable format. She is equally invested in the people she leads, having mentored coordinators through to senior roles, and she approaches team development with the same seriousness she brings to client delivery.
