The Marketing Manager will lead and mentor a cross-functional marketing team to develop, execute, and optimize premium multi-channel B2B strategies that boost brand visibility, drive executive-level client acquisition, and scale our global event-driven business model.

About the Role

You Will Make An Impact

As our Marketing Manager, you'll run our marketing operations and lead the team that drives executive-level client acquisition for our global events.

Working directly with the Head of Marketing, you'll shape our B2B strategy and make sure it actually gets executed across content, social, and design. You'll lead the Philippines-based team of writers, social managers, and designers, and keep everyone pulling in the same direction on global campaigns.

This is a hands-on leadership job, not a hands-off one. You'll set the strategy and stay close enough to the work to make sure it lands, and you'll own the numbers that show whether it's working.

What Will You Own?

  • Multi-channel B2B strategy, built with the Head of Marketing to grow visibility and client acquisition
  • The Philippines marketing team, managed and mentored across content, social, and design
  • Premium content across the website, blog, social, and executive email, end to end
  • Paid advertising, email, and social initiatives scaled to drive event visibility
  • Marketing KPIs tracked in tools like Google Analytics, reported back with clear next steps
  • Brand consistency across everything that goes out the door

Qualifications

  • Degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or similar, with 3 to 5 years of experience, ideally in B2B or event-driven settings
  • A track record of building and running strategies that grow the brand and bring in clients
  • Strong team leadership, including managing remote or international teams across different functions
  • Solid grip on digital marketing: paid, SEO, social, and email, with real hands-on content experience
  • Comfortable with analytics and turning KPIs into decisions
  • Up to date on marketing tools and trends, with a firm handle on premium brand standards
