You Will Make An Impact

As our PR & Marketing Lead, you'll shape how Ortus is seen, talked about, and remembered.

You'll work at the intersection of storytelling, media, community, and brand, turning what happens inside Ortus into stories people want to follow.

Some days you'll be pitching media outlets, building relationships with journalists, or securing thought leadership opportunities. Other days you'll be jumping on a trend, launching a campaign, or helping our teams tell a better story.

This isn't a role for someone who waits for a brief. It's for someone who sees opportunities, creates momentum, and knows how to turn attention into influence.

What Will You Own?

  • Building and executing PR campaigns that strengthen the Ortus brand globally.
  • Developing relationships with journalists, editors, and industry publications.
  • Securing meaningful media coverage, interviews, and thought leadership opportunities.
  • Growing and engaging our community across key channels.
  • Identifying stories worth telling and helping teams tell them well.
  • Turning industry trends into timely, relevant conversations.
  • Measuring what works and using insights to sharpen future campaigns.

  • You have a degree in PR, Communications, Journalism, or Marketing, or the track record to match
  • You have 3 to 5 years in PR, communications, or media relations
  • You write well, and you know how to shape a story people want to follow
  • You already have media relationships, or you're the kind of person who builds them fast
  • You've landed real coverage before: interviews, features, placements that mattered
  • You don't wait for a brief, you spot the opportunity and run at it
  • You get how to talk to senior executives, not just a general audience
  • You're comfortable when priorities shift and the pace picks up
  • You want your work seen, and you're proud when the market talks about it
