The Project Coordinator will act as a vital link between corporate clients and C-suite executives by utilizing datasets to drive audience acquisition, managing the end-to-end delivery of premium B2B events, and maintaining speaker relationships after completing an intensive, week-long skills evaluation training.

You Will Make An Impact

As our Project Coordinator, you'll connect corporate clients, C-suite executives, and our internal teams to make premium B2B events actually happen.

This is a fast-paced role that goes well beyond basic coordination. You'll use large datasets to find and invite the right executives, run outreach through calls and email, and manage the speakers and moderators who make each event work. It sits right at the meeting point of data, communication, and event operations.

Every incoming Project Coordinator goes through an intensive, week-long training program before they're officially accepted. It's there to check your skills line up with how we work and what we're trying to deliver.

What Will You Own?

  • Finding and engaging C-suite decision-makers using large datasets
  • End-to-end support on planning and delivering premium events, on time and to standard
  • Targeted lead lists and outreach through calls and email to drive executive attendance
  • Sourcing, onboarding, and managing moderators, speakers, and experts
  • Clean project records, cross-functional timelines, and post-event analysis that improves the next one

Qualifications

  • A grasp of event guesting strategies, coordination tasks, and end-to-end workflows
  • Organized in how you learn and run coordination, guesting, and management tools
  • Sharp eye for sourcing the right leads and moderators with team guidance
  • Analytical enough to spot project risks early and help solve them
  • Strong, transparent communication, written and verbal
  • Clear leadership potential through presence and involvement in team and company life
