The Social Media Manager will elevate our digital presence and drive customer acquisition by executing paid and organic social campaigns, creating engaging B2B content, nurturing professional online communities, and ensuring strict alignment with our premium brand values.

About the Role

You Will Make An Impact

As our Social Media Manager, you'll own our organic and paid social channels and use them to grow our audience and bring in new corporate clients.

The job sits between brand storytelling and performance marketing. You'll write the copy, shape the visuals, run the ad spend, and keep our communities active and professional. All of it has to sound like Ortus and hold to a premium standard, since this is often the first impression a senior buyer gets of us.

We need someone who can move between the creative side and the numbers without losing either. You should be as comfortable writing a strong post as you are reading what the data says about it.

What Will You Own?

  • Paid social campaigns across LinkedIn, Facebook, Instagram, and YouTube, built to bring in the right people
  • Written and visual content made to fit each platform and audience
  • Our online communities, kept engaged and on-brand
  • Social insights feeding into the wider marketing strategy and new client targeting
  • Staying on top of platform changes and testing new ideas before everyone else does
