Marcella Tortora is Client Director at The Ortus Club, leading sales strategy, growing the partnerships team, and managing key client relationships across two of the company’s most active regions.

She joined through operations, learning the full mechanics of executive event delivery before progressing into client-facing and then leadership roles. One of her most significant contributions to the business was helping to design and build the Account Manager function at The Ortus Club, an initiative that permanently elevated the standard of client management across the company. She also represents The Ortus Club on stage at events globally, serving as Master of Ceremonies and bringing the same professionalism to a live room that she brings to a client conversation. Her Italian roots and European network give her a particular depth of relationship across the EMEA market.
